五味子粗多糖抗疲劳药理作用的研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究五味子粗多糖的抗疲劳作用。[方法]给药组小鼠按100mg、200mg、300mg/kg灌胃给予五味子粗多糖溶液;阳性对照组小鼠给予等容量的力克;空白对照组给予等容量的生理盐水,连续灌胃7天,于末次灌胃后1h进行小鼠游泳实验和小鼠耐缺氧实验。[结果]实验结果表明:给药组和阳性对照组药物均能提高小鼠的游泳和缺氧存活时间。[结论]五味子粗多糖能显著提高小鼠游泳和缺氧存活时间,具有一定的抗疲劳作用。[Objective]study the effect of schisandra chinensis crude polysaccharide on anti-fatigue.[Method]the mouses of administer groups ip schisandra chinensis crude polysaccharide on 100mg,200mg,300mg;the masccline control group mouses ip the same volume like;the blank control group ip the same volume NS,continuation ip 7days,and after the last time 1h experiment mouses swimming and oxygen deficiency survivorship.[Result]the experiment indicate the masccline control group mouses and the administer group mouses bo...
