糖肾胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病36例

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病的病理基础为气阴两虚,瘀血内阻为主要病理机制。糖肾胶囊有益气养阴、健脾补肾、活血利水,标本兼治,减少尿蛋白、保护肾功能的作用。治疗36例,显效12例,有效21例,无效3例,优于对照组。The pathological basis of diabetic nephropathy to Yin Deficiency,congestion as the main pathological mechanism of resistance.Tangshen Capsule Yiqi Yangyin,Jianpi Bushen,Huoxue Lishui,simultaneous treatment of principal and subordinate symptoms,reduced urine protein,the protection of renal function.Treatment of 36 cases were cured 12 cases,21 cases of effective and ineffective in 3 cases,better than the control group.
