摘　　要：中青年肝硬化的心理状态:惊恐绝望、敏感、保密、无助、否认心理。心理护理对策:进行充分的肝硬化常识及相关知识的宣教、提供良好的医疗环境、增强治疗信心、向患者周围人群进行宣教、增强护患关系。The psychological state of young and middle-aged cirrhosis:panic despair,sensitive,confidential,helplessness,denied psychological.Psychological care responses:a full knowledge of liver cirrhosis and related knowledge,education,provision of a good medical environment,and strengthening confidence in the treatment to patients around the crowd to carry out missionary and enhance nurse-patient relationship.
