清热利湿化瘀法治疗肛周湿疹探微

摘　　要：肛周湿疹是一种发生在肛门周围的变态反应性疾病,病程长,易反复,认为脾虚湿阻是肛周湿疹的首要病理基础,血瘀风燥是肛周湿疹的主要病理转归,提出清热利湿化瘀法是肛周湿疹治疗的基本思路。Perianal Eczema is the allergic diseases occurrencing of perianal,with longer course,recurring easily.The author holds that cold-dampness impairing spleen is the chief pathological basis of Perianal Eczema,blood stasis and wind-dryness is the main pathological change of Perianal Eczema and puts forward that clearing heat,removing dampness and clearing-stasis method is basic Thinking of treatmenting of Perianal Eczema.
