益气养阴活血方对实验性心力衰竭大鼠TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气养阴活血治疗充血性心力衰竭的作用机制。方法:采用腹腔注射阿霉素的方法复制充血性心力衰竭大鼠模型,以益气养阴活血进行干预,测定大鼠血清TNF-α的含量。结果:模型组血清TNF-α含量明显升高,与模型组相比,益气养阴活血组血清TNF-α含量明显降低。结论:益气养阴活血可通过降低血清TNF-α含量发挥抗心力衰竭的作用。To observe the influence of Yiqiqiangxin decoction on the cardiac function in rats with heart failure and explore the mechanism of preventing and curing heart failure.Methods:Fifty healty SD rats weighing 180g～220 gram were randomly devided into five groups and each consists of ten.
