摘　　要：目的提高维生素B12片鉴别(2)的检验准确性。方法分析维生素B12片鉴别(2)出现假阴性反应的影响因素。结果共有7种影响因素。结论只要注意规避影响因素,规范操作,就可大大提高维生素B12片鉴别(2)的检验质量,保证检验结果的准确性。Objective To raise vitamin B12 slice discern.Methods (2)exactly texting result way analy vitamin B12 slice discern mothed(2)appearing false negative reation affecting reason.Results all 7 kinds of affecting reasons.Conclusion if only notice to void affecting reasons and normal manage so can raise vitamin B12 slice discern mothed(2)texting quality then gurantee texting exact ruslt.
