摘　　要：CALIS和CASHL都是在教育部的领导下,为中国高等教育提供文献保障的信息服务机构。通过对二者共性与个性的对比分析发现,目前两个体系均存在资源严重不足、重复著录数据、外文文献复本过多、著录数据不规范等问题。这些问题可以通过建设全国性文献资源保障体系、合并CALIS和CASHL、与数据库商合作建库、降低收费等方式加以解决。CALIS and CASHL are both the information service institutions under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, providing document resources for Chinese higher education.
