摘　　要：根据笔者的经历及我国企业"走出去"开展国际工程承包业务的实际情况,对国际工程管理中的薄弱环节——风险管理进行初探,提出应对措施及建议,以提高国际工程承包业务方面的风险意识,并引起相关人员的注意。According to author s experience and the actual situation of international engineering contract works of China national enterprises which go abroad to carry out engineering works, the paper is to perform preliminary re-search on risk management for the weakness of international engineering management, and give solution measure and comments. Its purpose is to enhance the risk consciousness on international engineering contract works, and arouse attention to be paid by relevant personnel.
