摘  要:采用改进的电弧喷涂技术和氩弧重熔工艺在45钢基体上制备WC-钢基复合熔覆层。利用光学显微镜、SEM、XRD对复合层的组织和磨损表面进行分析;用MM-200型磨损试验机测试了熔覆层在室温下的干滑动摩擦磨损行为特性,并探讨了其磨损机理。结果表明,电弧喷涂层由堆积的变形粒子组成,与基体为机械结合,涂层具有层状叠加组织结构,其中孔隙较多。重熔后所得熔覆层中弥散分布着强化相粒子,与基体为冶金结合,组织致密,缺陷少;熔覆层磨损机制主要为微切削和轻微剥落。WC-steel composite coatings were prepared on 45 steel material by arc spraying, and argon shielded arc remelting. The wear behaviors of the coatings were examined by MM200 wear tester at room tempreature and in a ring-on-block configuration. The microstructure, microhardness, phase compositions and worn surface morphologies of the coatings were investigated by means of optical microscope, microhardness instrument, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.
