青苹果竹芋的离体培养与快速繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：以青苹果竹芋带节的茎段作为外植体材料进行离体快繁研究,结果表明:芽启动诱导培养基以MS+6-BA(2.00mg.L-1)+NAA(0.20mg.L-1)为宜,增殖培养基以MS+6-BA(2.00mg.L-1)+NAA(0.02mg.L-1)为宜,青苹果竹芋无需生根培养即可获得较为健壮的小苗,移栽成活率可达95%以上。Stems were used as explants to investigate optimum conditions for rapid propagation in Calathea rotundifolia cv.Fasciata.The result showed that the suitable shoot induction medium was MS + 6-BA(2.00 mg·L-1) + NAA(0.20 mg·L-1).The optimum medium for proliferation was MS + 6-BA(2.00 mg·L-1) + NAA(0.02 mg·L-1).It was not necessary for inducing root formation.The survival rate of plants transplanted on a large scale was more than 95%.
