摘　　要：孔子的行政思想集中体现在他的"正名"理论中,包含了三个方面的内容:一是责任原则,规定统治者与被统治者各自的责任;二是德治原则,主张执政者要为政以德;三是"教化原则",强调执政者要充分发挥道德教化的作用来加强对社会的控制。在今天,孔子的这些行政思想对我国当代公共行政也有着很好的借鉴意义。Confucius thoughts of administration is focused on his theory of 'Zheng Ming',which includes three aspects: first,the policy of 'responsibility',stipulating each of the ruler and the ruled s responsibility;second,the policy of 'ruling people by morality';third,the policy of 'enlightening people by education',emphasizing that the ruling party should make the best use of moral education to strengthen their control of the society.Nowadays,these administration thoughts of Confucious are still used for good ref...
