我国农村公共产品供给问题研究

摘　　要：我国农村公共产品供给不足已经成为新农村建设中的症结。我国农村公共产品供给不足,主要是由旧公共财政资源短缺、供给主体单一、农民偏好非理性等原因形成的。政府应该通过完善目前的资金供给机制、产品供给机制和全方位的供给主体结构等措施,实现农村公共产品的有效供给,从而促进我国的社会主义新农村建设。China s inadequate supply of public goods in rural areas has become a long-term problem in the construction of new village.The reasons for this problem are shortage of public finance resources,single suppliers and farmers non-rational preferences.The government should perfect the current financial mechanism,product supply system to promote our country s new socialistic village construction.
