摘　　要：随着知识经济的到来,知识成为主要的经济要素,如何在知识经济的时代浪潮中把握知识产权保护与反垄断之间的关系与原则界限,以便促进良性竞争,成为人们广泛关注的话题。本文结合已经实施的《反垄断法》条文,分别探讨了知识产权与《反垄断法》的一致性与冲突。最后,针对我国的立法现状,提出解决二者冲突的办法,建议出台《反垄断法》的实施细则。With the advent of the times of knowledge-based economy,knowledge has become a major economic factor.It has become a widespread concern topic of how to grasp the relationship between intellectual property protection and antitrust and the principle limits in the times so as to promote a healthy competition.Combined with the implementation of the"Antimonopoly Law",this paper discusses the consistency and the conflict between intellectual property and "Antimonopoly Law" and finally proposes some suggestions to...
