正常屠宰猪致病性猪链球菌9型的鉴定和特性研究

摘　　要：从江苏某地正常屠宰猪扁桃体分离到1株细菌HA070725,呈链球菌的特征形态,β溶血,药敏试验表明该菌对多种抗生素产生耐药性。经PCR及序列分析,为猪链球菌9型。其毒力因子基因型为mrp-/epf-/sly-/orf2+/gdh+/ fbps+/impdh+。动物致病性试验表明,该菌对ICR小鼠和断奶仔猪有较强的致病性,对ICR小鼠的半数致死量为2.67×10~6cfu。结果表明:在正常猪扁桃体中可携带高致病性的猪链球菌9型。Strain HA070725 was isolated from a slaughtered healthy pig tonsil from Jiangsu herd.The morphological and culture characteristics of HA070725 indicated that it belonged to the genus Streptococcus and showedβ-hemolytic. Drug sensitivity test showed that HA070725 had a wide range of resistance to antibiotics.Specific PCR and sequence analysis revealed that HA070725 represented 5.suis type 9.Its virulence factor genotype was mrp-/epf-/sly-/orf2+/ gdh+/fbps+/impdh+.HA070725 had high virulence to ICR mice and w...
