摘　　要：联合国关于文化遗产、非物质文化遗产,这些概念的内涵是什么,怎样提出来的,相互关系如何,他们的保护工作在中国开展得怎样?针对这些问题,文章结合中国文物的保护工作进行了论述和阐释,同时也结合云南的相关情况进行介绍。What s the connotation of these concepts such cultural heritage,intangible cultural heritage raised by UN,and how do they advance? What s the relationship between them? How to conduct their protective work in China? Based on the problems above,the article discusses and explains the protective work of Chinese cultural relics,and introduces some related conditions in Yunnan.
