摘　　要：目前遥感技术在土地利用领域有较为广泛的应用,但基于遥感影像进行遥感本底数据库建设是一种新的尝试。本文介绍了遥感本底数据库建设的特点、技术要求、总体技术流程和关键技术环节。At present the remote sensing has been applied in the field of land use,but it is a fresh experiment to construct the background database based on remote sensing image.In this paper,the features,the technical request,the main technical flow and the key technic process to construct the background database based on remote sensing image are provided.
