用电解铝液生产铝加工坯料的熔体净化方法探讨

摘　　要：电解铝液熔体温度高、非金属夹杂多、气体含量高,用电解铝液生产加工坯料存在的主要缺陷是夹渣和气孔。结合本单位实际,综合介绍了国内外铝熔体净化方法,通过炉前、炉内、炉外的各项净化处理以及熔炼过程各项工艺的严格控制,熔体的洁净度得到明显提高。用铸轧板压延的产品从原来的厚度为0.35～1.2mm延伸到现在的0.026mm箔材。The electrolysis aluminum liquid has high temperature and high content of gas,and the main defects which are existed in the billets produced by electrolysis aluminum liquid are slag inclusion and porosity.The overseas and domestic purifying melt merhods are introduced.The purification is increased significantly through front,inside and external furnace treatment and strict control of melting process.The thickness of products rolled from cast plate changes from 0.35～1.2 mm to 0.026 mm.
