摘　　要：农民工问题不仅是社会管理制度的问题,更是人的现代性获得的问题,人的现代性的核心是以人的价值为本位的自由、民主、平等、正义等思想意识。这种现代性不仅需要农民工作为现代社会主体而具有,而且要求我们的社会管理制度在完善过程中给予体现,双方共同作用才能从根本上解决农民工问题。The issue of peasant labourer is not only the issue of social management system,but also the gain of human modernity.The core of the human modernity are the ideologies of freedom,democracy,equality and justice based on the human value.The modernity should be gained by the peasant labourers as the modern society mainbody,and also need to be reflected in perfecting our society management system.The both functions can solve the peasant labourer problems at the root.
