摘　　要：介绍了一种新型长效钢-水热管的换热原理及其在环氧氯丙烷装置丙烯加热炉的应用情况;与普通热管相比,使用长效热管时加热炉排烟温度、排烟损失大幅度降低,热效率明显提高,大大降低燃气消耗。The heat - exchange principle of a new kind of long lasting steel - water heat pipes is introduced as well as the application situation in propene furnaces of epoxy chloropropane production devices. To be campared with common heat pipes,and the long lasting heat pipes possess such advantages as greatly decreased fume exhaustion temperature,greatly reduced fume exhaustion loss,obviously raised heat efficiency and greatly reduced gas consumption.
