摘  要:运用仿真软件AMESim建立支架液控单向阀卸载系统的仿真模型并进行仿真,得出卸载过程中阀芯的运动曲线、阀口的压力曲线和流量曲线。通过比较2种液控口K的大小可知,减小液控口K可以减小阀芯振动和卸载压力冲击,为合理设计优化液控单向阀结构提供了参考。The simulation software AMESim was applied to set up a simulation model of the pressure releasing system for the hydraulic controlled single valve of the hydraulic powered support.And the simulation operation was conducted.The movement curve of the valve core,the pressure curve of the valve outlet and the flow curve were obtained during the pressure releasing period.In comparison with the size of the two hydraulic controlled outlet K,it could understand that to reduced the hydraulic controlled outlet K coul...
