摘　　要：本文报道了一种生物芯片印刷质量自动检测系统。它由机械自动控制、获取PET印刷板图像的CCD传感器和相应的计算机的图像处理和识别专用软件几部分构成,实验结果表明,该系统能够准确有效地进行实时检测。An automatic inspection system for biochip s print quality is presented in this paper.It consists of an automatic mecharical control,a CCD sensor for getting the image of PET boart,and the specical computer software for image processing and recognition.Experimental results indicate that this system is capable of providing a precise and effective realtime inspection for biochips print quality.
