摘　　要：邓小平在右江革命根据地时期非常重视少数民族土地问题的研究和实践。他强调土地革命是目前革命的主要内容;先试点,再铺开,稳步推进土地革命工作;颁布土地法令和颁发土地使用证,为土地革命提供依据;尊重农民意愿,把调动农民积极性作为制定农村政策的出发点,邓小平是中国共产党少数民族土地革命思想和实践的开创者。邓小平右江革命根据地时期的土地革命思想丰富和发展了毛泽东思想,而且其自身也成为邓小平早期思想的重要内容,与邓小平理论具有一定的承接关系。In the period of Youjiang Revolutionary Base,Deng Xiao-ping attached much importance to the research and practice of the land problems of ethnic groups.
