摘　　要：通过对电子设备散热领域现状的分析,指出了传统散热方式的局限性,介绍了近几年出现发展应用的几种主要的电子设备散热新技术;分析了热分析软件在电子设备散热领域的作用,对2种应用比较广泛的辅助热分析软件FLOTHERM和ICEPAK从其应用范围、技术特点等方面做了介绍,并对2种软件的应用进行了对比,为电子设备热设计人员提供一定的参考.The limitation of traditional radiating mode is pointed out through analyzing the present state of electronics heat rejection field.Several main new techniques of electronics heat elimination developed and applied in recent years are introduced,and the function of thermal analytical software in electronics heat rejection field is stated,the applied range and feature of two widespread assistant analytical software FLOTHERM and ICEPAK are introduced,the differences among them are compared,this provides certai...
