洁悠神长效抗菌剂促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察洁悠神长效抗菌剂对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的影响。方法:将80例肛周脓肿患者分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),分别应用洁悠神长效抗菌剂和常规换药,观察愈合情况。结果:创面愈合时间治疗组为21.5±1.8 d,对照组为25.6±3.7 d,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);创面表皮生长速度治疗组为5.1±0.5 mm.3d-1,对照组为3.0±0.5 mm.3d-1,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:洁悠神长效抗菌剂对肛周脓肿术后创面能起到一定的长效抗菌隔离作用,能加速创面愈合,未见明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the effect of JUC long-acting antimicrobial material on healing of wound after perianal abscesss.Methods:80 cases were divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases).The former was received JUC for dressing change on their wounds and the latter was received traditional dressing change for the same purpose.Results:The results showed that the wound-healing time was much shorter in treatment group(21.5±1.8 d) than that in control group(25.6±3.7 d,P <0.01),the epiderm...
