摘　　要：目的:总结在重大灾害面前急诊科护理应急管理程序及救治大批量伤员的护理经验。方法:对2008年5月12日至6月2日我院救治地震伤员538例的应急管理策略进行总结。结果:538例伤员分诊准确、分流快速、抢救治疗及时有效、无差错事故发生。结论:科学有序的业务组织与管理,多方人员的合理调配,是大批量急诊伤员得到及时有效救治的保证。Objective:To generalize the process of dealing with emergencies in the Wenchuan Earthquake,and the experiences of treating and nursing the wounded.Methods:To summarize the management strategies of 538 wounded during May.12,2008 to Jun.2,2008.Results:The 538 wounded were given triage accurately and fast,first aid in time.There was no mistake.Conclusion:In order to the in-time treatment of numerous wounded,the scientific nursing organization and management,and proper human resource structure are necessary.
