摘　　要：目的测定通塞脉微丸及中间体中总皂苷的含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法。结果选择甘草酸铵为对照品,标准曲线方程为:A=2.3017C+0.06078(r=0.9995),在0.078～0.702mg范围内有良好的线性关系,通塞脉微丸总皂苷的含量范围在46%～48%之间。通塞脉微丸中间体总皂苷的含量范围在67%～70%之间。平均加样回收率为100.81%(n=6),RSD为1.7%。结论该方法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,可作为该制剂质量控制的方法。Objective To determine the content of general saponins in Tongsaimai pellets and its intermediate products. Methods Ultra violet spectroscopic method was used. Results mono-ammonium glycyrrhetate was served as a reference, the standard linear equation was A=2.301 7C+0.060 78(r=0.999 5), good linear range of mono-ammonium glycyrrhetate was 0.078～0.702 mg, the average amount range of general saponins in Tongsaimai pellets was 46%～48%, while the average amount range of general saponins in Tongsaimai pellets in...
