摘　　要：文章阐述了科技查新档案所包括的内容,档案工作的管理现状,提出了构建网络平台,建立科技查新档案数据库的网络化管理模式。This article expounds the present situation of the management of the contents’and work of sci-tech novelty search in universities,and puts forward the construction of the network platform and database in the field and the management modes under network environment.
