摘　　要：介绍了铸件产生裂纹的原因以及热裂纹和冷裂纹的特征,分析了镗床类立柱裂纹产生的原因,以其形貌特征认定其为热裂纹。从铸件结构、制芯工艺、熔炼过程和开箱落砂时间方面进行了改进,立柱铸件裂纹缺陷得到了有效的控制。The formation reason of casting cracks and the features of both the hot tearing and cold cracking was introduced.The reason causing the cracks of boring machine column was analyzed and it was confirmed according to the morphology of the crack that the defect is hot tearing.Appropriate improvements were adopted to the casting configuration,core-making process,melting process and shakeout time control.As a result,the crack defect has been controlled effectively.
