摘　　要：介绍了洗油加工系统和焦油萘蒸馏系统的结渣情况,根据生产实际情况,通过对实际数据的研究分析,提出了结渣问题的解决方法,就是将萘油改送到焦油萘蒸馏装置,与焦油混合后一起蒸馏,使渣残留在重质馏分中,从而避免了渣对洗油加工系统和焦油萘蒸馏系统产生的不利影响。同时,对改变萘油处理途径的优劣进行了分析,为解决该系统的结渣问题提供了参考。The slagging problem in wash oil and naphthalene distillation section was briefed in this paper,and solutions were presented based on actual operation data.Naphthalene oil from this section is going to the naphthalene distillation section,where it mixes with tar before distillation,and therefore slag will be kept in heavy fraction and thus can avoid the slagging problem.In addition,after the modification,some equipment can be saved and further save the operation cost.
