摘 要:目的考察不同制备方法对姜黄素脂质体包封率的影响,选出包封率较好的制备方法。方法采用薄膜法、逆相蒸发法、乙醇注入法、熔融法、乙醚注入法制备姜黄素脂质体,测定脂质体的包封率。结果薄膜法制备姜黄素脂质体的包封率,最高达到(73.25±0.36)%。结论薄膜法制备姜黄素脂质体简便可行。Objective:To Study the different methods of curcumin lisonsome encapsulation and select the best method.Methods:The films Act,reverse evaporation,ethanol iniection method,melting,the method prepared by injecting ether into curcumin liposomes were adopted;centrifugal methodwas used to measure 1iposome encapsulation efficiency.Results:The encapsulation rate of curcumin liposome prepared by films Act reached the highest(73.25土0.36)%.Conclusions:The films method is simple and feasible to prepare curcumin 1iposo...
