摘　　要：采用壳聚糖和树脂整理剂配合,对纺粘法非织造布进行柔软和抗菌整理。通过实验,对整理剂用量、焙烘温度、pH值等工艺条件进行优化选择。非织造布经壳聚糖和树脂整理剂同浴处理后,抗菌和柔软性能大幅提高,符合绿色纺织品标准。Spunbonded nonwovens were treated for antibacterial and flexibility finishing by certain proportion chitosan and resin at different technique conditions.Cross experiments optimized dosage of finishing reagents,baking temperature,dipping time and pH value.The result shows that the mixed solutions of chitosan and resin finishing reagent were applicable to broad-range antibacterial finishing and good flexibility finishing.The spunbonded nonwovens treated with chitosan achieve the Ok0-Tex standard.
