摘　　要：先进的表面疵点在线检测技术在生产过程中能及时快速地检测出非织造布的空洞、缺陷、疵点及其表面昆虫,对提高制成率、减少能耗、降低成本以及保证产品性能和质量的稳定起到很大的作用。介绍了表面疵点在线检测技术的检测原理及其在非织造布生产过程中的应用。With the advantage of on-line inspection of surface defect technique,the holes,the flaws,the spots and the insects which exist on the surface of nonwovens can rapidly located.It plays an important role in improving the yield of products,reducing the wasting and assuring the performance and the quality of products steadily.The principle of on-line inspection of surface defect and the application in the production of nonwovens were introduced.
