摘  要:以番木瓜幼龄植株为试材,通过喷施不同浓度毒死蜱,探讨毒死蜱对番木瓜生理生化及植株生长的影响。结果表明:喷施毒死蜱后植株过氧化物酶活性急增,过氧化氢酶活性明显降低,叶片叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量明显下降,根系活力显著降低;叶片出现斑驳黄化、皱缩症状,提早脱落;植株根、茎、叶生长量明显减少。番木瓜幼龄植株对毒死蜱敏感,喷施毒死蜱易导致植株药害发生。Young papaya plants were sprayed with chlorpyrifos at different concentrations to observe the physiolog- ical and biochemical changes and growth of papaya. The results showed that after spraying chlorpyrifos, the activity of peroxidase (POD) in the young papaya plants increased remarkably, while the activity of catalase (CAT) , the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and soluble protein in leaves, and the activity of root system decreased significantly.
