摘　　要：为了实现折页机预置系统的自动控制,基于PC-PLC模式建立了以PC机为上位机、数台PLC为下位机的小型集成控制系统.PC机实现折页模式的预置及系统管理工作,PLC根据上位机的指令控制步进电机完成折页单元的设置与调整.开发的控制系统通过了现场调试,实现了折页模式的预置及折页单元的自动控制功能.In order to realize the automatic control of folder pre-position system,a small integrated system based on PC-PLC model is set up,in which the PC is used as the high level computer and several PLCs are adopted as the low level controllers.In the developed control system,the PC assumes system s management and folding-model setting;the PLCs receive the dictates from PC computer and control stepping-motors to position and adjust the folding units.The control system has passed the experiment debugging,the funct...
