摘　　要：目的了解2006年四川省城市社区公共卫生服务的情况,对存在的问题进行分析,提出相应对策。方法选取6个城市的12家社区卫生服务中心,针对社区公共卫生服务开展情况和亟待解决的问题进行问卷调查和专题小组讨论。结果半数以上的社区卫生服务中心能够提供44项具体服务内容中的37项。存在的问题有:政策落实需进一步加强,公共卫生服务职能未完全下沉,专职预防保健人员遭遇困难和社区公共卫生服务"保量"未"保质"。结论各地应依托体系建设,落实相关政策;各中心应完善服务功能,全面提供社区公共卫生服务;明确身份,落实责任。Objective To know the conditions of community public health service in 2006 in Sichuan province so as to analyze the problems and find out their corresponding solutions.Methods A total of 12 community health centers from 6 cities were chosen to conduct questionnaire survey and focus group discussion on developing conditions and some problems that needed urgently to be resolved.Results More that half of the service centers provided 37 items of all the 44 items of the community public health services.The exis...
