磁共振血管成像在食管胃底静脉曲张形态学评估中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨磁共振血管成像(MRA)在食管胃底静脉曲张形态学评估中的应用价值。方法选择21例肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张患者,在联合介入治疗前后行MRA检查,检测门静脉系统解剖形态变化,并与间接门静脉造影(IPVG)和胃镜检查结果比较。结果MRA对门静脉、脾静脉、肠系膜上静脉、胃左静脉的显影质量与IPVG比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前后门静脉平均直径〔(1.23±0.06)cm和(1.22±0.05)cm〕间差异无统计学意义(t=1.09,P>0.05)。治疗前门静脉直径与食管静脉曲张直径呈正相关(r=0.8019,P<0.01)。结论MRA能较好地显示门静脉系统解剖影像。Objective To evaluate the role of magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)in the hemodynamic study of esophageal and gastric varices.Methods Twenty one patients with cirrhotic esophageal and gastric varices were given MRA before and following combine interventional therapy,to determine the anatomical morphological changes of portal vein system and compare the results with those of indirect portal venography(IPVG)and of gastroscopy.Results The anatomical imaging of esophageal and gastric varices was clearly displ...
