摘　　要：如何充分发挥每一寸土地的效益,解决更多人的居住问题,同时形成良好的住区综合效益,成为了当前亟待解决的社会问题。随着技术的发展,东西向住宅的西晒、通风等问题已经解决,在居住区内建筑容量不变的情况下增加东西向住宅的比重,是节约用地的有力措施;还可以提高建筑系数、提高人口容量,解决更多人的住房问题。寒冷地区能接受东西向住宅的人群是什么样类型、其市场的发展状态究竟是怎样还没有既定的研究,本文就此问题进行一定的探讨。There exist current urgent social problems as for how to give full play to the benefit of every piece of land,how to save space as far as possible,and how to solve the housing problem of the settlements and at the same time how to form better living circumstances.With the development of technology,some problems concerning east-and-west facing residential solarization and ventilation have been resolved.With the capacity unchanged of living area,an increase in the proportion of east-and-west facing residence,...
