摘　　要：RS485总线具有传输可靠、通讯距离远、抗干扰能力强等优点,在工业现场中广泛应用。本文主要介绍了RS485局域网络在滚珠丝杠补偿加工系统中的应用,阐述了基于RS485局域网络滚珠丝杠补偿加工系统的原理,并详细介绍了RS485局域网络硬件电路的设计以及上位机界面的设计,同时给出了通讯程序设计框图。RS485 LAN bears the merits of high transmission credibility,long distance communication,strong anti-jamming,and finds wide application in industry.This article mainly introduces the application of RS485 LAN in the system of compensation machining for ball screw,introduces the principle of the system of compensation machining for ball screw,particularly introduces the design of the RS485 LAN s hardware and the PC s software,and gives the frame chart of the program as well.
