摘　　要：法本质研究是法哲学的基本理论问题,对于法律现象的认识具有极其重要的意义。法的本质是客观存在的,是确定的。法是体现国家意志的并以国家强制力作为保障手段的用以调整利益关系的社会规范。利益对法的产生及发展的决定性作用,进一步确定了法所作用的范围;法体现的是国家意志并以国家强制力作为保障,这进一步划清了法与其他社会规范的本质区别。The study on the nature of law is the basic theory of law philosophy,and it is of great importance to understand the legal phenomenon.The nature of law is objective and definite.Safeguarded by the state power,law is a kind of social norm which reflects the state will and adjusts the benefit relationships.Benefits play a decisive role in the emergence and development of law and further defined the scope of law.Law is embodied in the state will and safeguarded by the state power,which further draw a clear dis...
