摘　　要：唑吡坦特异性激动α1亚单位上的苯二氮(BZD)受体,引起镇静/催眠效应,还能治疗睡行症、缄默症、极度思睡、睑痉挛、肌强直和术后疼痛。本文就唑吡坦在神经科中的应用进行综述。The paper will review zolpidem application in neurology.Zolpidem can specific stimulate benzodiazepine receptor on α1 subnuit,which result in calm/hypnotic effects,that may be used to hypnotic.Otherwise,case reports and case series indicated that zolpidem can still treat sleepwalking,keep silent syndrome,extremely sleepy,eyelid spasm,muscle rigidity,post-operating pain.
