摘　　要：近年来,随着中国房地产业的迅速发展,该行业已成为外商直接投资的热点。本文从实证的角度,运用相关性检验、HP滤波处理方法、协整检验、Granger因果检验、广义脉冲响应分析和方差分解等计量经济学工具,对房地产开发投资中的FDI与房地产业增长之间的互动关系进行了研究。研究结果表明,房地产开发投资中的FDI与房地产业增长之间存在一种长期稳定的协整关系,两者相互影响,具有协调变化的趋势,且房地产开发投资中的FDI与房地产业增长之间存在双向的Granger因果关系。Lately with the rapid development of China realty industry,the realty industry have become to be an emphases of International direct investment (FDI).
