摘　　要：从高校后勤社会化改革的需要,对后勤部门实施形象设计的重要性、主要内容和实施原则等问题进行探讨,有助于后勤增强管理水平,改善服务质量,提高市场竞争力。This paper discusses the importance, the main contents and the operational principles of the image design for logistics departments in higher education institutions in the socialization process of logistics services, with a view to bringing logistics management to a new level, improving the quality of services and sharpening competitive edge in market.
