摘　　要：体育教育与健康教育是促进人的全面健康的两个基本教育环节,在社会现代化发展的今天,身心健康是大学生成才的基础,为了适应21世纪人才培养的需求,必须加强体育与健康教育,提高大学生体育保健能力,树立健康意识,培养良好的行为和生活方式,使大学生身心健康发展,成为21世纪身心健康的合格人才。Physical education and health education are essential to promote man s all - round health. In modern times,physical and mental health is the basis of college studenls developmcnt. In order to train our students to be well-educated men in the 21st century,it is necessary to enhance their health -care abilities,to improve their health awareness and to perfect their behavioral and living ways.
