摘　　要：东北石油局在松南油气二轮普查勘探的 2 0年中 ,积累了丰富的经验。在提高探井的发现 (成功 )率、增储上产、综合研究、科技攻关方面 ,增加科技含量 ,见到了明显效果。在松南地区相继发现并建成 3个天然气勘探开发基地、2个油气勘探开发基地和 1个二氧化碳气勘探开发基地 ,油气勘探开发初具规模 ,呈现良好发展态势。在面对东北石油局如何解决生存和发展的现实问题上 ,提出加强综合研究 ,确保企业可持续发展 。A great deal of experiences have been accumulated by the Northeast Petroleum Bureau in the second round of reconnaissance and exploration for oil and gas in twenty years in the south part of Sonliao Basin.The results are evident in enhancing exploration well success ratio,increasing reserves and production and carrying out comprehensive researches of scientific and technological key projects,etc.Three natural gas exploration and development bases,two oil and gas exploration and development bases and one car...
