摘 要:采用PCR对非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)Spain 70株、Malawi 83株、Malta 78株、Uganda株的细胞培养毒以及ASFV组织病料和 200份田间样品进行检测,结果表明两对引物 P1+ P2和 P3+ P4对 ASFV具有较好的特异性和灵敏性。运用 PCR检测 AS-FV操作简单、快速,检测结果与HAD自动玫瑰花环试验的阳性符合率为100%,该方法明显优于常规的血清学方法。Two pairs of primers, P1 + P2and P3 + P4were used to detect the ASFV by PCR. The cultured ASFV strains Spain70, Malawi 83, Malta 78 and Uganda as well as 200 histological materials were detected by these two pairs of primers. The positive detection results were in consistence with HAD to 100%. The results demonstrated that this method was sensitive and easy to be operated. The PCR is a better way compared with other methods used for the detection of ASFV.
