猪“O”型口蹄疫基因工程苗免疫猪的免疫效力、安全性及抗体消长

摘　　要：对猪“Ｏ”型口蹄疫基因工程疫苗进行免疫效力和安全性的观察，同时检测了免疫猪的抗体消长。结果表明，该基因工程疫苗对猪体是安全、有效的。免疫猪抗体乳鼠中和指数在免疫后４个月仍可达２．０，血凝价仍达２７．５。Observation of immunity and safety in immunized pigs of wild using"O"type FMDV genetic engineering vaccine have been carried, and the increases of antibody valence in some immunized pigs have heen detected. The results indicated good immunity and complete safety of FMDV genetic engineering vaccine in these animals. The index of neutralization test in sucking micee and hemagglutination with immune sera of some immunized pigs post immunization was over 2. 0 and 27.5 for 4 months respectively.
