摘　　要：本文通过对目前网站计费标准及计算方法的分析，提出较合理的计费标推应是按时间和流量结合计费，另外，根据开发计费软件的经验，提出两个开发方案，并具体描述了实现算法及关键技术，供其他开发者参考。The text through analyzing standard of network station s charging and analyzing method of calculating, suggests that reasonable standard of network station s charging must be according to times and transmitted bytes. Otherwise, According to experience of developers, we offer two developing schemes, and concretely describe arithmetic and important technology, in order to help other developer.
