摘　　要：利用面向对象编程技术、ＶＢ的 ＭＡＰＩ控件和 ＤＡＴＡ控件，什对邮件计费系统中存在的费用通知问题，介绍了 Ｅ－ｍａｉｌ费用通知系统的解决方案及其实现。In this article, the design and implement of e-mail fee announcement system was introduced based on the VB controller of MAPI and OATA and object oriented programming technology.
