摘　　要：目前，中国石油天然气集团总公司，正在进行大规模的改革与重组。石油企业的改革重组将对其管理信息系统产生深远的影响。按照现代企业制度重新组建的石油企业，其战略重组将首先影响到管理信息系统的战略思想；随着石油企业核心业务和非核心业务的分离，管理信息系统的管理流程、业务流程及数据库内容都将发生重大改变；通过重组，石油企业将对其产业结构及组织结构进行调整，从而有利于提高管理信息系统的建设效率，使其能够更好地为石油企业实行科学管理服务，从而引起石油企业在更高层次上的管理重组。CNPC is now undergoing restructuring in large scale.
