摘　　要：军用武器装备及配件采购是军事武器装备管理中的一项重要工作。本文以军用武器装备及配件采购的实际问题为背景，综合应用模糊优化理论和动态规划技术，提出并构建了军用武器装备配件采购项目决策的模糊规划模型；并将该成果应用于某部军用武器装备及配件采购的实践，取得了良好的效果。该模型的建立与应用，对于军用武器装备及配件采购的项目管理工作具有一定的理论指导意义和实际参考价值。The purchases of military weapons equipment and fittings(MWEF) are an important job in the equipment management.
